Terms Of Service
Payment Policy:

• I only accept payment via Paypal (USD or NTD)
• Please provide your Paypal email for invoice
• I charge extra for changes that will require a lot of time on my end
• Full payment after approved sketch
• Payment plan is allowed for commissions over 120 USD. Client must pay the full amount within 2 months.Refund Policy:

• Refunds cannot be applied once the sketch is approved and the payment has been processed.
• I will only refund 50% of the payment if I'm sure I'm unable to finish your commission.Duration:• I work 8 to 5 even on weekends, so commissions typically take me 2 months up to a year. Please keep that in mind before working with meOther Policy:

• If you have a deadline in mind please tell me about it before you place an order so I can decide if it will be possible for me to achieve it. Deadline fee will be calculated after further discussion.• If you have questions about updates, feel free to let me know. I would appreciate if you give me at least 2-3 weeks. You may contact me for urgent matters such as character design changes.• Please be polite and communicate about your commission details

Character sheet (must have flat colors at least), describe personality, physical traits, favorite color combination, etc.• I have the right to reject your commission request if I don't feel comfortable or passionate about the project details.• Please look carefully at my commission samples to know whether my style is suitable for your request.• I will most likely respond to your commission request within the next 24-48 hours. If not, you may reach me on any of my socials listed below.• By accepting my TOS, you agree that I am permitted to post WIPs and finished work to any social media platform as well as examples used for commissions and portfolio. Private commissions comes with an additional fee of $50 USD.• For PERSONAL use. If you want to collaborate in a business-related commission, please discuss it with me firsthand.• Remember to credit me. Do not edit, reproduce, or re-post as your own work without my permission. Do not remove my signature from the final product.• Using my art (even commission) for AI training, machine learning, datasets, LoRAs, style replication, or image generation is strictly prohibited. All rights reserved to credit me, the artist.• Same goes for NFT purposes. It is strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms will result in a permanent ban from interacting with me and anyone from my circle of similar creators.• Last but not least, please respond/approve the commission before I post them on my social media. This gives me assurance and ensures that the commission has been approved and completed. Communication is extremely important to my business and I will appreciate it very much.
